Navarino Dunes is the first area of Costa Navarino in operation. It is home to two multi-awarded 5-star hotels (The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort Costa Navarino), luxury residences (Costa Navarino Residences), a signature golf course (The Dunes Course), a 4,000 m² spa & thalassotherapy center (Anazoe Spa), over 20 restaurants and bars as well as a wide range of sports, outdoor and cultural activities.

Opened since 2011, Navarino Bay features The Bay Course with its earth-sheltered Clubhouse , an ultra-modern structure harmoniously integrated into the surrounding greenery.

As of spring 2023, Mandarin Oriental will open its first ultra-luxury resort in Greece at Costa Navarino.

The unique contemporary architectural design is aligned with Costa Navarino’s sustainable principles, featuring planted roofs blending into the natural topography of the land and the use of local materials.

The new resort offers 99 guestrooms and earth sheltered villas designed to offer privacy and tranquility along with majestic views of the historic bay of Navarino, giving guests the feeling of immersing into nature. A vibrant lifestyle resort featuring contemporary chic design with lagoon pools and beachfront suites linked to a waterfront Agora (“market place”): a microcosm of small-scale entrepreneurial activities with artisanal street food, select retail outlets, outdoor music, on-screen entertainment and lively nightlife venues.

Navarino Waterfront is home to the first W Escape in Greece, W Costa Navarino. Trailblazing its way around the globe, W is defying expectations and breaking the norms of traditional luxury wherever the iconic W sign lands.  The new W Costa Navarino will feature 246 stylish rooms, villas and suites with private infinity pools, a destination Beach Club, a signature Water Sports Centre and a range of experiences and dining options.

Navarino Hills is being developed as a year-round integrated resort with alternative tourism elements featuring additional innovative tourism and recreation facilities, excellent golf, dedicated wellness and countryside activities, while highlighting the uniqueness of the area.

Two new 18-hole golf courses, designed by two-time Masters champion and Ryder Cup legend José Marίa Olazábal, are set above the coastline and offer panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, the Bay of Navarino and the Ionian Sea.

Named as the ‘World’s Best New Golf Development’ at the 2020 World Golf Awards, Navarino Hills is one of Europe’s newest golf destinations. It is home to the first International Olympic Academy Golf Course in the world, as well as to The Hills Course.

The second new golf course at Navarino Hills, The Hills Course, play to par 72 and measures 6,280m in length.

Costa Navarino offer its guests four signature golf courses to enjoy within a maximum distance of 13km from each other, further enhancing its status as one of Europe’s unrivalled golf destinations.

Located on the Gulf of Messinia within close proximity (a 10-minute drive) to Kalamata International Airport, Navarino Blue boasts a 1km-long south-facing sandy beach. This location will be the site of multiple themed resorts offering a plethora of sports, leisure and entertainment activities.
